We have been learning to write numbers and to match those numbers to objects. We are so clever!
Welcome to our blog. We are a class of year 0-1 students (5-6 yr olds) at Hope Primary School in New Zealand. Our teacher is Mrs Ross and this blog is a journal of our learning experiences while we are here in Room 3.

Discovery Time, Term 2 Week 1
This weeks Discovery Time activities were....Bubble Blowing, Construction with boxes, Creating silly faces, painting Autumn pictures, and pretend baking. Today we were learning to give and receive compliments. It is nice to tell someone 'what a good job they have done' or that 'you really like what they have made'.

Our Final Dance Session
Year 1-3 children at Hope School have been learning a few dances. On the last day of the term we put on a performance for our families. These dance sessions have been amazing fun and a great source of learning for the children. Our Teachers Ezra and Dean are very talented and professional. Thanks guys for being the best dance teachers!! I hope we can have you back at Hope School in the future.
We were able to have a bit of a practise first before our audience arrived.
