Discovery Time week 2 term 4

This week we made Balloon Rockets, played with lego, Made creations out of boxes, had tea parties and had a go with some floor puzzles.
Our Life skill is 'Participating and Contributing' and again this week we were looking at the best way to "join in" with a group of kids when an activity or game is already underway.

This week our activities were....plastercine, water play, sandpit fun, blocks and paper collage.

      

Shakeout!!

We have been practising what to do if there is an earthquake...we have to drop, cover and  hold. If your inside you need to hold onto the table legs that you are under and if your outside just hold onto your head.

Room 3 Children did an excellent job of keeping themselves safe!!
