Going on a pirate adventure.

A pirate arrived at school. He showed us lots of pirate things that he had in his trunk. He even had a Treasure Map! And guess what.....   He left it behind.

So we are off to find the treasure. It looks like we are off to  Mapua then over on the Ferry to Rabbit Island...Oh what an adventure!

Room 3 Cross Country

 Our Annual cross country was held at Rabbit Island again this year. It was a great day and everyone tried their best.

Later in the day we spent time having fun on the beach.

Fun Writing Numbers

We have been learning to write numbers and today we had a go writing them in shaving foam.

 

Learning about Culture

This term our major school topic has been 'Culture' ...... we looked at what culture means and what our culture is in Room 3. The kids made a movie to share what they learnt. At our Cultural sharing session not many of our parents got to see our movie, so here it is for you all to enjoy.

       

A surprise Chrysalis

One of the caterpillars in our room has walked a very long way to find a place to make its chrysalis...It almost walked the entire length of our classroom. The found a chair to finally stay on.

Discovery Time Week 4

 Discovery Time is a big part of our Fridays in Room 3....we are able to practise all of our life skills and our school values while playing and interacting with our friends....
