No Helmet - No Brain

As part of our road safety unit this term we found out how important it is to wear a helmet when cycling, scootering, skateboarding or rollerblading.
To make children and their families aware of this, Safekids New Zealand put together the 'Safekids Creative Quest'. Children got to learn about the importance of wearing a helmet and they could win some great prizes for their schools and themselves. For classes in Years 1 to 3, the challenge was to create an illustrated story with the theme of ‘No helmet - No brain!’
So Rooms 3 and 4 entered the illustrated story competition.....
Part of the competition is the "Peoples Choice Award"
We would love it if you could support us by clicking on this link to cast your vote. Just scroll down the web page you arrive on until you find the Hope School entries, then find your favourites to vote on. It's as easy as clicking on the 'thumbs up' symbol beside each entry.
Thanks in advance Room 3.

If you want to know what the entries look like they are in the slide show below. But to vote you still need to visit the SafeKids link above.
